Application for Admission
Please feel free to visit us in person and simply ask for the “Application Form” through fax/email or right here on our website.
1. To complete the registration process, please prepare a copy of the child’s birth certificate, a photo, and five return envelopes. Kindly write the child’s name and address on the cover of each envelope and attach a $2 stamp on each one.
2. Registration fee: HK$40
You can conveniently settle the fee of HK$40 in cash when you drop by the school to submit the application.
Alternatively, you have the option to make a payment by check. Simply send it to (“EVI Services Limited”) along with the student’s name and grade. Don’t forget to include the payment documents and mail them back to the school. (Postage fee: $6)
